摘要:随物质生活的提高,人们对优质蛋白的市场需求也在不断扩大,对动物福利的认可度及需求也在逐渐提高,食品安全呼唤养殖业减抗、无抗生产,从消费者
随物质生活的提高,人们对优质蛋白的市场需求也在不断扩大,对动物福利的认可度及需求也在逐渐提高,食品安全呼唤养殖业减抗、无抗生产,从消费者的价值观以及消费趋向和国际社会的发展可以看出,福利养殖问题亟待考虑、解决[59-60],福利养殖模式符合畜牧业生产模式转型升级的发展方向和需求,摸索出一条具有中国特色的动物福利养殖之路对养殖业的可持续发展至关重要。根据养殖业的发展现状及市场需求特点,开发特色福利化养殖设施装备同时配套养殖环境调控设备,通过提高畜禽心理、生理健康,且让畜禽回归各种自然习性,以提高畜禽的健康和抗病能力,减少或最终取缔疫苗、抗生素或抗菌药等药物在养殖业的使用。利用资源条件与市场优势,发展出中国特色的动物福利养殖模式及理论体系,并创立中国特色品牌,值得深思[61-62]。
